The language of instruction of Computer Engineering Undergraduate program is 100% Turkish.

 

Program Educational Objectives

     The program includes compulsory courses in both basic engineering sciences and computer engineering. In addition to the compulsory courses, there are also elective courses that students can choose according to their own preferences. Thus, Computer Engineering Department aims to educate modern engineers who are equipped with the knowledge and skills to serve in all fields of Computer Engineering profession, who develop themselves by following the developments in their field, are prone to teamwork, give importance to team values and give importance to ethical values.

 

Program Outcomes

1.    An ability to apply basic knowledge of mathematics and computer science to computer engineering problems.

2.    An ability to identify, identify and solve problems in an existing system.

3.    An ability to design a system or process with modern design tools to meet desired requirements.

4.    Ability to identify and use hardware and software solutions appropriate to the requirements.

5.    Ability to analyze and interpret based on experiment, observation, application and reasoning.

6.    Ability to work in individual, interdisciplinary and interdisciplinary teams.

7.    Turkish written and oral communication skills, gaining foreign language knowledge in a way to ensure the progress in the profession.

Graduation Requirements

The student must have succeeded in all the courses in the program and must have no FF, FD or DZ grades. In this program, the student must provide a minimum of 240 ECTS credits and the GPA must be at least 2.00 out of 4.00.
