Mechanical Engineering Department was established in 2008 within the body of Engineering Faculty of Iğdır University. The department received its first students in the 2019-2020 academic year and Teaching activities has been carried out by 7 teaching staff ; 1 professor, 4 assistant professors , 1 lecturer and 1 research assistant.
